CRIMINAL PETITION No.14063 OF 2014
O R D E R:
The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.676 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Bhadrachalam (for short, "the trial Court").
2. Heard Mr. Kadaru Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 State. No representation on behalf of respondent No.2.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by furnishing the copy of e-courts proceedings would submit that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive as the C.C.No.676 of 2014 has been dismissed as withdrawn by the trial Court vide judgment dated 06.06.2023 and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the same. 2
5. Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel and taking the copy of e-courts proceedings onto the file, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
