JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and an Award has been passed on 30.09.2023 and also filed copy thereof.
2. In view of the Award dated 30.09.2023 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, this Motor Accidents Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award.
3. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
