None appeared for the appellant, though today the matter was listed under caption 'for dismissal'. On perusal of the proceeding sheet, it depicts that since the beginning, there was no representation for the appellant and that on 10.11.2023 learned counsel for the appellant in M.A.C.M.A.No.586 of 2017 informed this Court the appellant herein has filed M.A.C.M.A.No.586 of 2017 with the very same relief as prayed for in this appeal. Thus, it appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter vigilantly and diligently anymore. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
