CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No. 759 OF 2011
JUDGMENT:
In spite of giving fair opportunities, as there was no representation for the appellant on the earlier occasion, the matter, which pertains to the year 2011, was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal' and on the last occasion, Sri.Sheetal Kumar, sought adjournment for filing vakalath on behalf of appellant. However, till date Sri.Sheetal Kumar, has not filed vakalath on behalf of the appellant.
Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
