JUDGMENT:
This second appeal is filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 25.10.2004 in A.S.No.141 of 01 passed by the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad reversing the judgment and decree in O.S No.36 of 97 on the file of XI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.
2. Learned counsel for appellants reported no instructions from the legal representatives of the appellants.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the appellants, no purpose would be served in continuing the present appeal. Accordingly the appeal suit is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
