2. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file an application seeking vacation of the ad interim order dated 11.07.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.18025 of 2023.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
