AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT APPEAL No.1064 OF 2023 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe) Mr. S. Surender Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file a suit seeking compensation on account of seizure of the JCB vehicle belonging to the appellant.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
