Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he has no instructions from the client and in view of the same he filed memo in CCCAUSR.No.109808 of 2023 in the Registry.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the appellant, the C.C.C.A., is dismissed for non-prosecution/default. No order as to costs.
