O R D E R:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the judgment dated 05.06.2017 in Criminal Appeal No.341 of 2017 on the file of the learned XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar in confirming the order dated 16.02.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1784 of 2016 in D.V.C.No.41 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B. Nagar.
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr. S. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 state.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing a copy of e-courts proceedings would submit that the subject matter of the Revision has been disposed of vide order dated 08.03.2018 in D.V.C.No.41 of 2016 before the learned VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special (Mobile)-VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad, at 2 L.B. Nagar and no further orders are required in this Revision. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Revision as infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and upon perusing a copy of e-courts proceedings, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
