O R D E R:
The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.20 of 2014 on the file of the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court") and pass such other order or orders.
2. No representation on behalf of petitioners and respondent No.2. Heard Mr. S. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No. 1 state.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing a copy of e-courts proceedings would submit that the subject matter of the Criminal Petition has been disposed of vide judgment dated 28.05.2021 in S.C.No.20 of 2014 before the trial Court and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and taking the copy of e-courts proceedings onto the file, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2
