O R D E R:
The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the order dated 14.06.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.497 of 2014 in C.C.No.138 of 2011 on the file of the learned XIV Additional Judge-cum-XVIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court").
2. Heard Mr. S. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No. 1 State.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing a copy of e-courts proceedings would contend that the C.C.No.138 of 2011 has been disposed of before the trial Court vide judgment dated 19.12.2014 upon due contest and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and taking the copy of e-courts proceedings onto the file, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2
