No.3 - the Tahsildar, Gandimaisamma Dundigal Mandal, Gandi Maisamma, Hyderabad, submitted that the petitioner's F-Line Application No.DER022300986470 vide Transaction ID:TTDER022300986470 dated 24.09.2023 is under process and the same will be considered as expeditiously as possible.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conclude survey process pursuant to the petitioner's F-Line Application No.DER022300986470 vide Transaction ID:TTDER022300986470 dated 24.09.2023 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed. No order as to costs.
