1. Today when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellants would submit they have no instruction to prosecute the case as they have given no objection long back.
2. Accordingly, recording the aforementioned submission the CCCA is dismissed for Non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
