JUDGMENT:
Aggrieved by the order dated 22.07.2011 in Succession O.P.No.375 of 2009 passed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Adilabad, the petitioner filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal to set aside the impugned order.
2. Sri S. Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel on record for the appellant has submitted that the sole petitioner i.e., the appellant herein has passed away recently and thereby the cause in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal does not survive.
3. In view of the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as abated.
Pending Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
