JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K. Lakshman)
Smt.K. Sridevi, learned counsel for the appellant had
submitted a letter dated 16-10-2023 to the Registrar
(Judicial) of this Court stating that the appellant - wife and
respondent - husband have settled their disputes outside
the Court. Therefore, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Family Court Appeal.
In view of the aforesaid submission, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Family Court Appeal shall stand closed.
