M.A.C.M.A.NO.2812 OF 2013 AND M.A.C.M.A.NO.1259 OF 2014 COMMON JUDGMENT:
Pursuant to the request made by the counsel appearing for both the parties, the matters were referred to Lok Adalat.
The matters were settled before the Lok Adalat and an award was passed by the Lok Adalat on 11.12.2021.
In view of the above, the M.A.C.M.A NoS.2812 of 2013 and M.A.C.M.A.No.1259 of 2014 are disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
