APPEAL SUIT No.1589 OF 2018
JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel for the appellants and perused the letter dated 28.03.2023 along with a memo dated 14.02.2023 wherein it is mentioned that the appellants intend to withdraw the Appeal Suit pursuant to the settlement outside the Court. Learned counsel for the appellants made an endorsement to that effect on the grounds of the appeal. Therefore, having regard to the submissions, considering the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellants and the memo dated 14.02.2023 and the letter dated 28.03.2023 submitted in the Registry, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the Appeal Suit. Accordingly, Appeal Suit is disposed of as withdrawn. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
