When the matter was listed on previous occasions i.e.,

and 15.03.2023, none appeared for the appellant, and the matter was directed to be listed on 29.03.2023, under the caption of 'for dismissal'.
2. Despite the matter being listed today under the caption of 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant, which indicates that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter any further.
3. In view of the above, the CMA is dismissed for non-
prosecution. No order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
