1. Ms.Malavika.B, learned counsel representing Sri T.Surya Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent/husband died and that in view of the same, the cause in the Criminal Revision Case does not survive for consideration.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
