ORDER:
" The present matter is listed for orders of this Court stating that I Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, addressed a letter dated 10-09-2014 stating that the original will deed of Botla Laxmi Narasaiah, which was marked as Ex.A22 in OS.No. 97/1996 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Karimnagar may be sent to I Additional District Judge, Karimnagar in connection with the hearing of OS.No. 4/2009.
In view of the above narrated facts, the original Will Deed may be sent t o I Additional District Judge, Karimnagar in connection with the hearing of OS.No. 4/2009 and re-transfer the same, after the purpose is served."
