The present Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 07.09.2017 passed in O.S.No.310 of 2016 (Old O.S.No.114 of 2010) on the file of Telangana State Waqf Tribunal, Hyderabad.
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of listing the matter today under the caption "for dismissal". It appears that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
