This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 341 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-accused No.6 to set aside the impugned judgment dated 27.02.2021 in Criminal Appeal No.727 of 2017 passed by the learned IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, and whereof the judgment in C.C.No.141 of 2012 dated 05.06.2017 passed by the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is confirmed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause in the present criminal petition has become infructuous.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
