TUKARAMJI WRIT APPEAL No.211 of 2023 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan) Mr. B.S.Prasad, learned Advocate General has informed the Court that necessary steps would be taken to instruct learned Government Pleaders to appraise the Courts when writ petitions are filed against State Officers but without impleading the State, similarly when appeals are filed by Officers without the State being one of the appellants.
2. However, insofar this appeal is concerned, learned Advocate General submits that appellants have already filed a review petition before the learned Single Judge for review of order dated 11.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.39870 of 2022.
2 HCJ & NTRJ W.A.No.211 of 2023
3. That being the position and recording the submissions made by the learned Advocate General, we close the present writ appeal.
4. Writ Appeal is accordingly closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
