ORDER (ORAL):
This writ petition is filed challenging the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner,
2. It is not in dispute that rowdy sheet was opened against the petitioner for his involvement in Crime No.55 of 2011 of Shankarpally Police Station, wherein, charge sheet was filed which was numbered as S.C.No.171 of 2011 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Vikarabad.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to judgment dated 16.02.2016 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Vikarabad, where under, the petitioner who was arrayed as accused No.2 along with other accused were not found guilty and were acquitted.
4. In view of the same, as there no criminal cases pending against the petitioner, writ petition is allowed and rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner shall be closed forthwith. No costs.
Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
