02-2015), they were present when we passed the following order:
"None appears for the appellant. Stand over to 13-03-2015, as a last chance.
It is made clear that if on the next date, the appellant does not appear either in person or through his advocate, this appeal will be dismissed for non-prosecution."
In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss this writ appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. The interim order, if any, is vacated.
