        THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER

CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.185 OF 2020

JUDGMENT:

This revision is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dt.24.02.2018, passed in M.C.No.504 of 2016 by the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Family Court Judge partly allowed the MC by granting an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month to the 2nd respondent-daughter towards maintenance.

2. Heard. Perused the record.

3. The petitioner-husband questioning the order of the Judge, Family Court, in directing the petitioner herein to pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month towards maintenance. However, the prayer for maintenance to the 1st respondent-wife herein was refused on the ground that she was working. However, the learned Judge held that the wife is at liberty to file fresh petition in future if she is not earning.

4. I do not find any infirmity with the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court in granting maintenance to the daughter for an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month. The ground raised by the petitioner is that he was a free boarder and entirely 2 dependent on his parents as he is deprived of his employment opportunities, cannot pay the said amount. The said contention cannot be considered for reducing the maintenance granted to the daughter.

5. Accordingly, there are no grounds in this revision and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
