JUDGMENT:
This revision is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dt.19.10.2019, passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blas Case-cum- Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.200 of 2019 in M.C.No.66 of 2019, whereby the learned Sessions Judge directed the revision petitioner-husband to pay Rs.12,000/- per month towards interim maintenance.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. The petitioner herein is the husband filed this revision questioning grant of interim maintenance of Rs.12,000/- per month to the wife. The order was passed on 19.10.2019. When questioned, both the counsel are unaware of the proceedings before the Family Court whether final orders were passed in the maintenance case. The maintenance case is of the year 2019. Since the impugned order granting maintenance is interim in nature and three years have passed since the said orders were passed by the Family Court, I do not find any reason to keep the 2 revision pending. However, if the petitioner-husband is aggrieved by any orders of maintenance granted in the main MC, the same can be questioned.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to question the orders, if any passed in the main MC.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
