CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.50 OF 2020
JUDGMENT:
This revision is filed by the petitioner challenging the Order dt.17.07.2019, passed in M.C.No.23 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bodhan, whereby the learned Magistrate granted monthly maintenance of Rs.1,000/- to the petitioner herein.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. The petitioner herein is also petitioner in the trial Court to whom maintenance of Rs.1,000/- was granted, though she prayed for maintenance of Rs.10,000/-.
4. The amount of Rs.1,000/- granted is a meager amount. However, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this revision directing the trial Court to consider grant of maintenance keeping in view the present day conditions, in the event of an application being filed by the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed off.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
