CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1551 OF 2016
ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to set aside the judgment passed by the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Criminal Appeal No.651 of 2014, dated 25.04.2016, confirming the judgment dated 30.06.2014 passed in C.C.No.109 of 2011 by the file of IV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioner informed this Court that during the pendency of the present Criminal Revision Case, the sole petitioner had expired, and also filed a memo vide USR No.23041/2023 along with death certificate, thus rendering the present Revision case as infructuous.
3. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. 2
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
