JUDGMENT:
When this matter had been listed on 09.02.2023, learned counsel for the appellant sought time, and matter was posted to 23.02.2023. On that day there was no representation on either side, as such, the matter was listed on 03.03.2023. But on that day also there was no representation on either side.
2. Today, when the matter is coming up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.
3. Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A is dismissed for non- prosecution. No order as to costs.
