JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Chillakur Sumalatha)
Aggrieved by the Order dated 05.01.2018 in
F.C.O.P.No.113 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court,
Karimnagar, the present appeal is filed.
2. Appellant as well as respondent is present. The
counsel representing both the parties are also present. Report of the High Court Mediation Centre is on record which goes to show that the mediation was successful and that there is amicable settlement of disputes.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the respondent seeks to pass an order dissolving the marriage between the appellant and the respondent as per the terms of the settlement arrived at. Also reported that the parties are not willing to live together.
4. In the light of the submissions made, the appeal is allowed to the extent of dissolving the marriage between the parties i.e., the appellant and the respondent in terms Dr. CSL,J & MGP,J F.C.A.No.205 of 2018 2 of settlement arrived at. The settlement agreement shall form part of record. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
