JUDGMENT:
Since none appeared nor any representation was made on behalf of the appellant on 25.03.2011, the matter was directed to be posted on 28.03.2011 under the caption "For Dismissal". On 28.03.2011, MACMA.MP.No.493 of 2011 was ordered, vacating the stay granted on 15.03.2010 in MACMA.MP.No.138 of 2009 and the MACMA was directed to be posted after two {2} weeks.
Today, when the matter is called twice, even though it appeared under the caption "For Dismissal", none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant.
Hence, the MACMA is dismissed for default. No costs.
