APPEAL SUIT No.583 of 2016
JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel for the appellants and respondents. All the parties to this Appeal Suit are also present. A joint memo of compromise along with terms of compromise are filed. On enquiry, all the parties to this Appeal have stated that the terms of compromise are read over and explained to them by their counsel and they are true and correctly recorded. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of compromise. The judgment and decree of the trial Court is modified accordingly. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
