JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up the learned counsel for the appellant insurance company seeks permission to withdraw the MACMA. Accordingly permission is granted.
The appellant insurance company is permitted to deposit the amount within two months from the date of this award.
In view of the above, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this MACMA shall stand closed.
