CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.138 of 2023
JUDGMENT :
I.A.No.4 of 2023 was filed to record the compromise between the parties.
This Court vide order dated 24.02.2023 directed the Secretary Telangana Legal Services Authority to identify the parties and to record the compromise. Accordingly, the statement of the accused/Revision petitioner, who is undergoing conviction in Central Prison, Chanchalguda was recorded by the Superintendent of Jail and it was in turn transmitted to the Secretary, Legal Services Authority and the Legal Services Authority has recorded the compromise of both the parties.
In view of the said compromise, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of setting aside the conviction passed against revision petitioner/accused in C.C.No.87 of 2017, on the file of I Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.692 of 2018 dated 23.02.2023 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. The Superintendent, Central Prison, Chanchalguda is directed to release the revision petitioner/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
