SECOND APPEAL NO.401 OF 2017
JUDGMENT:
This Appeal is filed by the appellant against the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2017 passed in A.S.No.123 of 2015 by the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.04.2015 passed in O.S.No.1055 of 2014 by the XIX Junior Civil Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter would not survive as it is the issue between a landlord and tenant and the said mulgi was already vacated and the same was also demolished.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
