When this matter was listed on 03.01.2023, as there was no representation for the revision petitioner in the forenoon or in the afternoon, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 04.01.2023.
2. Though the matter is coming up under the caption 'for dismissal', today also there is no representation for the revision petitioner either in the forenoon or in the afternoon.
3. Therefore, the criminal revision case is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
