O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner- Accused to quash the proceedings against him in Spl.S.C.No.1006 of 2017 (arising out of Crime No.183 of 2017) on the file of Special Judge for Expeditious Trial and Disposal of Rape and POCSO Cases (FTC), Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 363, 342, 376(2)(f)(i)(n) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(a) and 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial in the lower Court is concluded and the same is reserved for judgment.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, there are no grounds to quash the proceedings against the petitioner - Accused.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
Crl.Petition No.10829 of 2022 2 Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
