                WRIT PETITION No.8060 OF 2014

ORDER:

The petitioner approached the Court seeking the relief is as follows:

"To issue any writ order or direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declare the inaction on the part of the respondents in declaring the Results of the Examination Diploma in Multipurpose Health Assistants (Male) conducted during 28th to 30th November 2013 at Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal of the Petitioners herein as arbitrary, illegal, erroneous and violative Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to announce the results."

2. This Court earlier observed that there is no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner on 18.01.2023 and also 24.01.2023. Though the matter is listed today i.e., on 27.01.2023 under the caption "for judgment", when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

4. In view of the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
