2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 23.12.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.40433 of 2022.
3. After hearing the matter at some length and after this Court expressed prima facie view that in writ appeal, court would not like to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge dated 23.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.40433 of 2022, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the writ appeal.
4. Writ Appeal as well as I.A.No.1 of 2023 filed for dispensing with the requirement of filing a certified copy of the order ::2::
dated 23.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.40433 of 2022, are accordingly dismissed on withdrawal. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
