ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.4 to 6 in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents in connection with the land admeasuring Ac.7-13 guntas in Survey No.106 situated at Mahabubabad Village and Mandal, Warangal District, and registering the crime despite the judgment and decree dated 17.12.2007 in O.S.No.195 of 1988 passed in favour of the petitioner's father Parkala Narayana Reddy, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

3. In the written instructions received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is stated that on the complaint lodged by one Satish Kumar Bhukya (respondent No.7), First Information Report No.385 of 2022 of Mahabubabad Town Police Station, under Sections 447 and 427 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, was registered against the petitioner on 28.12.2022. During the course of investigation, the Station House Officer called the petitioner on his 2 mobile phone and informed him to come to the Police Station and receive notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The police are conducting investigation and never interfered in the civil disputes. The allegation of the petitioner that the police threatened him that he would be implicated in false cases and that Preventive Detention Act, 1950 proceedings will be initiated against him is denied.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has got any further grievance at a later point of time, he is at liberty to approach this Court.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed. No order as to costs.
