JUDGMENT:
In spite of granting repeated adjournments none appeared on behalf of the appellant, though the matter is listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". It seems that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the appeal.
2. Under these circumstances, this MACMA is dismissed for non prosecution.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
