APPEAL SUIT No.296 OF 2005
JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the lis in the appeal has already been settled by the parties amicably out of the Court and the Indian Bank who is the respondent has also issued a letter dated 05.10.2006 stating that they have received the entire amount as per One Time settlement Scheme. A copy of the letter issued by the Bank to that effect is placed on record.
In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties, the appeal stands dismissed. No costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
