AND HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE M.G. PRIYADARSINI F.C.A. No. 240 OF 2011 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Chillakur Sumalatha) Challenge in this Appeal is the order that is rendered by the Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, in O.P.No.273 of 2009, dated 30.05.2011.
2. Sri Surendra Desai, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is not in contact with him and he do not know whether the cause as of now survives or not. Learned counsel seeks the Court to pass necessary orders.
3. Having recorded the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, more particularly, that the appellant is not evincing any interest in the matter, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
