CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.55 of 2020
JUDGMENT:
1. The present civil miscellaneous appeal has been directed against order dated 17.09.2019 in E.C.No.152 of 2012 on the file of Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour -II, Hyderabad.
2. None appeared and there is no representation for both sides.
3. The matter was referred to Lok Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and award dated 26.06.2022 was passed wherein it was recorded that the appellant/insurance company has agreed to withdraw the matter.
4. In the result, the civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of in terms of Lok Adalat award dated 26.06.2022. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
