ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the Judgment dated 11.03.2010 in Crl.A.No.82 of 2009 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy in confirming the Judgment dated 22.10.2009 in C.C.No.386 of 2006 passed by the learned First Class Judicial Magistrate at Zaheerabad.
2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that petitioner/accused passed away on 12.03.2019 and a memo is also filed to that extent.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor is also present and ratifies the same.
4. As the petitioner/accused died on 12.03.2019, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
