ORDER:

Challenge in this appeal is the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.28 of 1998 by the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, dated 22.6.2005.

2. Sri Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri A.Sudershan Reddy, learned counsel on record for the appellants, submits that the appellants are not evincing any interest in the appeal. Seeks to pass necessary orders.

3. In the light of the above submission made, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution without costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
