JUDGMENT:
1. On 01.07.2022, learned counsel for the appellants represented that 'no objection' was given to his clients. The matter was adjourned to this date. Still learned counsel for the appellants seeks time.
2. In view of the previous submission of the learned counsel for the appellants and as no fresh Vakalat filed till date, it appears that the appellants are not interested in proceeding with the Appeal. In the said circumstances, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
