          CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1373 of 2017

JUDGMENT:

1. The learned counsel for the respondents stated that this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed under Order 43 Rules 1 & 2 of C.P.C., against the order dated 24.03.2017, in I.A.No.265 of 2016 in O.S.No.340 of 2014, on the file of the Court of learned Additional Judge - cum - VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, during the pendency of the suit. He further stated that the O.S.No.340 of 2014 was disposed of and thereby, the present appeal has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal.

2. In the said circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
