       Heard Mr. Savan Chakravarthy, learned counsel for

the appellant and Ms.Chalakani Venkat Yadav, learned

counsel for respondent No.2.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal has become infructuous inasmuch as work order has been issued to respondent No.3.

3. In view of the above, writ appeal as well as I.A.No.1 of 2022 filed by the appellant for dispensing with the requirement of filing a certified copy of the order dated 21.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.8805 of 2022, are dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
